We are looking for a proactive Facilities Assistant to join the Business Services Team in our Lydney office. The successful candidate will be working with the wider office and ensuring a professional and efficient service is provided to visitors and external clients. To be our next Facilities Assistant you will need to demonstrate that you have the following experience:

  • Meeting and greeting clients, contractors and staff
  • Maintaining and ordering of stocks such as stationery and other provisions
  • Carrying out H&S checks – fire doors, fire extinguishers, maintaining first aid boxes
  • Carry out daily housekeeping checks; floor walk

It’s important that you have experience of working in a client focused role, delivering exceptional client service at all times, that you’re organised, able to work at pace and deliver to multiple deadlines.

This is a part-time position working Thursdays & Fridays as well as any ad hoc days such as holiday cover.
