  • Assist with ongoing reviews and amendments to engagement letters and terms of business.
  • Provide support for international work requests, including reviews of engagement terms and know-your-client advice.
  • Review and advise on secondment terms for new and existing secondments.
  • Support the onboarding of firm suppliers, including contract term reviews and due diligence assessments.
  • Draft, monitor, and advise on compliance policies and procedures.
  • Provide front-line risk and regulatory advice, including responding to queries.
  • Monitor and initiate changes based on legal and regulatory developments.

  • Contribute to reports for various committees and attend meetings as required.

What we're looking for:

  • Qualified Lawyer with a strong track record in law firm risk management.
  • Experience in commercial contract review and negotiation.
  • Familiarity with the SRA Handbook and key legal and regulatory obligations (e.g., anti-money laundering regulations).
  • Excellent  communication skills and abilities to build relationships across the firm.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
