The Team

Our Banking & Finance team provides comprehensive legal services to a diverse range of clients, including borrowers, lenders, and sponsors. With transactions ranging from £1 million to £1 billion, you'll have the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile cases across various sectors, such as renewable energy, infrastructure, and technology. Our team is known for its expertise in acquisition finance, project finance, real estate finance, and asset-based lending, and has been recognized by legal directories for its outstanding work.

What You'll Need

To thrive in this role, you'll need relevant experience working on banking and financial transactions, alongside:

• Able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively
• Be self-motivated and willing to learn
• Must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer
