We have an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our inclusive and talented Transformation and Project Management team. You will be joining at an exciting time as we continue to grow and look for innovative ways to improve our internal processes and client offering. 

As our Business Analyst you will be responsible for leading requirements gathering workshops and a range of other ways to elicit, define and document the requirements needed for IT or business change initiatives.  You will work with internal SMEs, product owners, senior staff and get the opportunity to work with external suppliers.

To be successful as our Business Analyst, you will need experience in:

  • Working with a mix of business and technical projects and programmes.
  • Process mapping for As Is/To Be business processes.
  • Facilitating requirements gathering workshops.
  • Skills with data mapping/modelling and other data analysis.
  • Supporting with UAT requirements for the QA process.
  • Be qualified, or working towards, BCS Business Analyst Diploma (or equivalent) and ideally already Practitioner level (or equivalent).
  • A proven ability to manage competing project demands and time-critical schedules.
  • Excellent inter-personal communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills, ideally including PowerPoint and Visio.
