The Division
The HR Advisory service is an innovative service that delivers outsourced HR advice and support to organisations on a range of complex and day-to-day Employee Relations (ER) and HR issues. We work alongside the client's internal HR team, where they have one, to provide specialist advice in accordance with their local policies and procedures. We are unique in our approach in that we are attached to a leading law firm and have established the HR Advisory service as 'go to investigators' when an organisation has a requirement. We also provide a fully outsourced model to provide in-house ER services to organisations that are looking for a commercial approach and sophisticated reporting via our case management platform.
The Role

The HR Advisor should be skilled in ER and confident in managing a case load primarily made up of Disciplinary and Grievance Investigations and Hearings autonomously, in line with the client KPI’s; although the team do work closely with and have access to legal staff in the Employment Division where necessary.
