We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Executive or Senior Business Development Executive  to join us on a hybrid basis, working from our  Bristol office. Joining the wider marketing department and reporting to one of our Senior Business Development Managers,  you will work closely alongside a talented team who aim to ensure the business development activities of the firm are effective and commercially valuable.

We are looking for a proactive self-starter, with previous experience of working in a similar role. An exciting opportunity with responsibility from the start, you will expected to manage varied projects and work including:

  • Providing support with the strategic planning and delivery of integrated campaigns and client facing activities including sponsorships, events (with support from the events team), thought leadership campaigns and digital media activities.
  • Undertaking external and internal research, business analysis and competitor intelligence to support client facing meetings, campaign development and other marketing activities.
  • Providing support to lawyers with regards to client sourcing and contribute to networking opportunities.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the success of initiatives and marketing activity though data analysis, providing insight to enhance strategy.
  • Assisting lawyers and the wider Marketing team with a range of other key marketing activities, such as legal directories submissions, deal league table submissions, press and PR matters, email marketing and website

Strong communication skills are necessary; as is a demonstrable history of building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders of all levels. You will be liaising with different departments – so the ability to instil confidence and influence senior members of staff is essential. This is an exciting and fast-paced role, where no two days are the same; so being able to effectively deal with changing priorities and manage your own time in a fast-paced environment will help you succeed in this position.
