We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our in-house recruitment team.  Our team are based in Bristol and ideally we would like the opportunity to be together to support each other and collaborate on various projects, on a weekly basis.  Beyond that, we're big supporters of hybrid working, and work hard to support each other daily, remaining connected and maintaining the strong team ethos that we've created.

We're a passionate team, all from different backgrounds with unique personalities and talents. We collaborate well together, build on ideas and celebrate each other's successes. It also helps that we enjoy what we do and like to have fun while we do it!

The role will be varied and see you involved with both legal and business support recruitment across the whole business. We're looking for a recruiter who shares in our passion for outstanding candidate experience and client service delivery.  

This is a great opportunity for you to take responsibility for the full recruitment lifecycle in a team with a high profile within the business.  This will see you working closely with the management team, proactively sourcing candidates, drafting creative advertisements, short-listing and telephone interviewing candidates, providing feedback to all candidates and managing the offer process.  But if you're looking for a role that is more than just filling vacancies, we have plenty of projects on the roadmap to spark your interest.  We're constantly looking at ways to improve our recruitment process, enhance our brand and innovate for the future.   

What are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you'll need as a minimum:

  • At least 5 year's experience working as a recruiter either in an in-house team or within a recruitment agency
  • Experience of recruiting within the legal or professional services sector
  • Experience of direct sourcing methods using LinkedIn and other recruitment databases and tools to source and place candidates
  • To have managed a full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy requisition through to offer and hire
  • Experience of communicating and advising key stakeholders on recruitment process and market trends.
