As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for driving change and innovation within our Business Transformation function. From enhancing operational efficiency to implementing cutting-edge solutions, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our firm. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a diverse range of projects and workstreams
- Ensuring all projects are planned, resourced, and executed effectively
- Managing project risks and adopting best practice governance
- Providing regular updates to key stakeholders on project progress
- Identifying and resolving issues to ensure project success
- Collaborating with teams across the firm to ensure a joined-up approach
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and change management
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 4+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally within the legal or professional services sector
- Demonstrable experience in business change and stakeholder delivery
- A 'consulting' and 'solution' focused approach
- Experience working with suppliers and third-party software developers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
