The Legal Solutions Centre's dedicated Client Support Services team are now on the lookout for a Client Support Administrator to join them in Plymouth.
What will you be doing?
The Client Support Services team provides comprehensive administrative support and the production of regular and on-demand reports within the Legal Solutions Centre and other fee earning teams (including Real Estate, Corporate and Commercial, Dispute Resolution) across the business, acting as the first point of contact for all such queries. The team provide key client co-ordination services to several of the firm's most high-profile growth clients, and works with internal and external clients to satisfy all of their data and admin requirements.

So what are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you'll need as a minimum:
- Previous experience working in an administrative role, and whilst experience in a legal environment would be an advantage, it is by no means essential.
- Computer literacy, having had experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, as well being able to use case management systems.
- Experience managing and prioritising your workload in line with department service level agreements.
- Experience handling multiple ongoing workstreams / projects coming from different areas of a business.
- Excellent communication skills and being able to utilise them via different methods such as emails, phone calls and letters.
