It's no secret that we're an ambitious firm and our vision and our culture truly reflects that. At the heart of this is an outstanding client experience, something that Womble Bond Dickinson prides itself on, and it's something that we've become so well known for. The Legal Solutions Centre (LSC) is an essential part of our business made up of over 70 paralegals and legal executives, project managers, data analysts and client co-ordinators. They use flexible resourcing and time-saving technology to deliver a high-quality, cost-effective service for a range of large scale projects.
Our dedicated Paralegal Team are now on the lookout for a Paralegal to join their Real Estate team.
What will you be doing?
In the Real Estate team, you'll be responsible for supporting real estate transactions; taking responsibility for searches, Stamp Duty Land Tax calculations, post completion activities and managing the documentation associated with various property transactions. You'll demonstrate a sound commercial understanding and awareness, attend client meetings to promote our excellent client relationships and apply a commercial appreciation of billing and time recording.
So what are we looking for?
We're looking for people with previous legal experience in real estate, so you may currently be working as a Real Estate Paralegal or perhaps in another legal property role! What's also really important to us is the great skills you're going to be able to bring with you. There's a great level of responsibility so you'll need to be proactive, motivated and able to manage your workload effectively. You'll also be highly organised, efficient and able to prioritise effectively as we often work to tight and urgent deadlines. As this is a client facing role, you'll be expected to build and maintain strong relationships, recognising what matters most to our clients and offering them commercial solutions. Whether you've built these skills in legal or non-legal roles in a completely different sector, we'd love to hear from you.
