Job Details

Our Legal Training team ensures that our lawyers are continually growing and developing their knowledge and application of the law. The team manages our legal training programme across all levels of experience, teams, sectors, and firm-wide.

The team are now looking for a Legal Training Administrator to join them in our Plymouth office on a part-time basis, working 21 hours across Monday to Friday.

What will you be doing?

This is a varied role that will see you taking responsibility for tasks including booking and managing all external legal training events and helping lawyers to create and maintain their learning plans. You will be the key contact for legal training queries and be responsible for managing legal training budgets.

You'll also become the administrator for the Learning Hub, which will involve creating, editing, and maintaining all internal legal training courses and managing Lawyers' learning plans and reports.

We have a dedicated Legal Training page on our intranet site, which you will take responsibility for managing and maintaining.

So what are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you'll need previous administration experience, where you'll have gained excellent organisation skills and knowledge of the full Microsoft package. As you'll be speaking with people at all levels across the business, you'll need good communication skills, both written and verbal. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to make suggestions on improving and implementing new processes so it would be great if you are proactive and comfortable in putting forward ideas.
