Our national Property Dispute Resolution team is one of the largest and most highly rated in the UK. The team has a well-deserved reputation for providing high quality legal advice to a broad range of clients on all aspects of commercial property dispute resolution and property management. We have an enviable client list, made up of landlords and tenants (with national portfolios), developers and investors, ranging from significant public and quasi-public sector bodies to FTSE 250 household names across a range of sectors including telecoms, retail, energy, central and local government, charities and transport and infrastructure. We're now looking for a Partner to join the team, in any of our locations outside of London, to help further develop our national practice.
It's an exciting time for us here at Womble Bond Dickinson and we believe we have a great story to share. Our transatlantic combination is already delivering great results and has given us a solid platform for growth. Whilst the US links are creating great opportunities for our clients, and our business, we've by no means forgotten our roots and our regional heritage remains central to our business strategy. We've a clear vision, that our Partnership all buy into and support, and that shared ambition is what will ensure that we deliver a profitable and sustainable business for our clients and our people.
What we're looking for
This is a great opportunity for a committed Partner not only to come in and work with the existing partner group to develop the Property Disputes practice, but to also work with a fantastic group of partners across our transactional Real Estate team, developing strong ties across the practice and contributing the wider growth of the Real Estate Sector. You'll also be expected to support and drive the wider strategic vision of growth for Womble Bond Dickinson. But as well as driving our business forward, you'll have an equally important role to play in the development of our people, coaching and mentoring and taking responsibility for their career development.
What's in it for you
We have a strong, collaborative culture where success is rewarded and our people are supported and encouraged to achieve their potential, whatever their role in the business. That means you'll benefit from a hugely talented group of business professionals all of whom are enthusiastic and committed to the success of our business and ready to support your practice development whether that's through sector or business development advice and support, learning and development opportunities or technology and innovation.
We have some pretty innovative solutions for our clients and the Real Estate team are fully embracing those technologies and practices, all designed to make your life, and those of your clients, that much easier. You can read more about WBD Advance, and what it can do to support you, here.
We recognise that just because you're a senior lawyer, your need for career development doesn't end there. Our Learning and Development team have worked with best-in-class providers, to design a number of masterclasses for partners intended to enhance your leadership and business skills.
