The role will be based within our new Newcastle Office . The Spark is located within The Helix development - a landmark 24-acre hybrid city quarter in the centre of Newcastle bustling with excitement .

What will you be doing?
You'll be a key part of the Leasehold Disputes Team, dealing with disputed cases as well as a diverse range of other litigation matters. The environment is fast paced and excellent negotiation skills alongside a confident telephone manner are key. A big part of this role will be to speak with leaseholders and persuade them to pay arrears in full and you'll be joining a supportive team where you can learn from true leaders in their field.
The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and an interest to work within a busy litigation environment. Successful applicants will be highly organised, efficient and able to prioritise effectively to work to tight client deadlines. As a client facing role, you'll also need to be able to build and maintain strong relationships and Knowledge of property law would be beneficial but is not essential.
The ability to solve problems and make decisions on files, provide a fast and efficient turnaround of work and maintain an enthusiastic and flexible approach is paramount as is demonstrating initiative in order to take responsibility for tasks and reporting. You must also be able to draft standard written communications, have experience using IT software such as Microsoft programmes and be ready to be trained on new systems.
