We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a professional, engaging individual to join us as a HR Adviser (Rewards & Benefits), leading our London-based HR Team.

ROLE OVERVIEW 

We are recruiting for an experienced HR Adviser within the Rewards and Benefits Department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

The key responsibilities of this role are set out below and there may be others which are not listed. You may be required on occasion to work outside our normal working hours of 9:30am to 5:30pm.

  • Supporting the Senior R&B Manager with the bi-annual salary and bonus review processes

  • Analysis and interpretation of reward data, including benchmarking salaries against the market and putting it into a format to present to the business, as relevant

  • Key superuser of the Flexible Benefits platform, including providing reports and analysis for senior stakeholders across the business

  • Supervising the work of the HR Administrator on benefits or projects, this is a shared resource with our Global Mobility team

  • Assisting in managing relationships with third party benefit providers, ensuring excellent service delivery to partners and employees, and where appropriate reviews or full RFP processes 

  • Assisting with reviews of benefit suppliers and making appropriate recommendations to the business

  • Liaising with the Flexible Benefits platform providers and the internal communications team to advertise the current benefits and wellbeing resources and campaigns across the firm

  • Supporting the Senior Reward and Benefits Manager with the annual cost projections for benefits, recommending cost effective solutions

  • Overseeing the Pensioners’ gift process in conjunction with the Pensions team and delivering excellent customer service to the retired population regarding their PMI queries and payments

  • Supporting the wider HR team with wellbeing and other projects

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Candidates for this position must have:

  • Strong attention to detail along with oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to develop good working relationships with the wider HR team and key stakeholders in the business

  • Able to manage and prioritise own workload and is delivery focussed

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

  • Proven analytical skills
