VARIO RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR

12 MONTH CONTRACT - BIRMINGHAM

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced recruitment administrator to join our Vario practice group as a Vario Account Assistant. This role will be based in our Birmingham office for a fixed term of 12 months. 

The Account Assistant will complement the work of our Account Managers and Account Executives, who are at the front-line of delivering Flexible Services from cradle-to-grave, interacting with clients and candidates to meet the demand and supply of Vario contractors. 

The Account Assistant will be primarily focused on administrative tasks and assisting colleagues with the fulfilment side of the delivery process. The position would be well suited to those school leavers or university graduates looking to establish a career within the legal or recruitment industry. The role would encompass a degree of face-to-face and telephone interaction.

Please note that the successful candidate's internal role title will be Vario Account Assistant. 

Candidate Overview

Ideally, you will bring the following skills and experience to the role: 

    • Previous administration experience to a high standard
    • Strong customer/client relationship interaction
    • Willingness to learn about legal services
    • Strong attention to detail and work ethic
