This team now have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Paralegal to join them in the Edinburgh office.
What will you be doing?
You'll be working with an experienced team of real estate solicitors acting for a wide range of clients across a variety of sectors. You will be dealing with a multitude of real estate matters including sales and acquisitions, development projects and landlord and tenant transactions. In this busy team you'll be responsible for managing your own case load of real estate transactions and you'll support the team by drafting and negotiating legal documentation.
So what are we looking for?
We're looking for someone with a good amount of previous Real Estate Paralegal experience. What's also really important to us is the great skills you're going to be able to bring with you. There's a great level of responsibility so you'll need to be proactive, motivated and able to manage your workload effectively. You'll also be highly organised, efficient and able to prioritise effectively as we often work to tight and urgent deadlines. As this is a client facing role, you'll be expected to build and maintain strong relationships, recognising what matters most to our clients and offering them commercial solutions. Whether you've built these skills in legal or non-legal roles in a completely different sector, we'd love to hear from you.
