The day-to-day in more detail:
- Drive action plans, initiatives and troubleshooting
- Create and drive internal communication agenda and plans for Radical Change team
- Create new ways of reporting on key innovation initiatives and projects
- Management of key stakeholders, including presenting business cases and proposals
- Seek to understand the business context and dynamics of the team
- Lead on some of the strategic initiatives
