Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity to help industrialise our market leading Portal Services team within Pinsent Masons.

The Portal Services team are part of Technology Services. The team is responsible for managing service requests for portals and maintaining such configurations once implemented.  The role will involve the effective provisioning, configuration, operation, and maintenance of Portals within Pinsent Masons. This role will combine technical and application-level responsibilities. Full training will be provided however this is a hands-on technical role.

Candidate Overview

We'd love to speak to you if you've got an interest in developing your technical skills in the legal technology space, and you have a good knowledge of the current challenges facing the legal market and how legal technology is being applied to address such challenges. You will have a willingness to follow documented processes with a strong attention to detail. 

The successful candidate will have a growth mindset, as well as experience in the following:

  • Experience of reporting against KPI's and complying with processes preferably within professional services is desirable. 
  • Experience within product service delivery is desirable (particularly in a professional services context).
  • A good understanding of either HighQ, Sharepoint Online or both is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience of data migration and data cleansing databases.
  • Working in a professional services environment.
  • Fluency in languages spoken in any of our international offices is desirable.
