The effective use of IT differentiates our business from our competitors. We are recruiting an on-site IT Administrator to join our local IT Support Team to allow our lawyers and business services professionals to work efficiently and with minimal disruption.  As part of a global firm, your team will consist of people from multiple countries and you will work closely with them, remotely and in person, to achieve our shared objectives.  This is an exciting role where flexibility and enthusiasm will be required to meet the demands of the business.


  • Skilled, capable and enthusiastic support to leverage technology and work efficiently and effectively with the firm’s systems and processes;
  • Working with Front of House & our Property & Workplace teams to ensure meeting rooms are set up in a pro-active, accurate, and timely manner; ensuring the equipment is correct and works in accordance with the defined requirements
  • Resolving IT / AV issues and meeting room IT / AV requests in the client suite
  • Point of contact for day-to-day IT queries
  • Local site management of IT equipment; to include 
  • Stock checks; assisting with inventory management; processing breakages and faulty devices per their warranty; processing devices for recycling; organising & tidying stock rooms; processing returned equipment; sending out new WFH equipment and advising on set up; desk set up and monitoring
  • Laptop, Desktop & phone set up & configuration per documented procedure
  • Provide guidance to our lawyers and business service professionals to enable them to use technology effectively in order to support our internal and external clients
  • Be attentive, proactive and react promptly to any queries, requests or problems and to follow up until resolution
  • Take initiative of IT / AV developments and promote office wide awareness of the available technology
  • Induction, training and support to new starters and visitors
  • Work with international technical teams to implement project objectives and to manage widespread incidents
  • Undertaking ad hoc projects as required


  • A keen interest in technology and its application in Legal IT
  • Technical competency in software used in a professional services environment
