PRODUCT & SOLUTIONS DELIVERY SPECIALIST

The role has been created to help establish and grow a market leading Product & Solutions Delivery organisation within Pinsent Masons.  The successful candidate will be pivotal in the development of the firm's transformation towards agile software delivery, yielding a more rapid pace of high quality and impactful change.

As a team, the Product & Solution Delivery Specialists are each aligned to one of our core practice groups and work in close partnership with the Product & Solutions Delivery Managers and the wider Technology Services teams and Advanced Delivery Teams (ADTs) and will ultimately be responsible for the:-

  • Delivery of projects to develop new products, client and internal technology solutions through documentation of clear business requirements through to coordination of development teams, thorough functional and user testing, and roll out with consistent training and communications.
  • Delivery of the Product roadmap through a detailed and prioritised backlog with continuous focus of strategic value and quality. 

Moreover this role looks to serve as a conduit between the business stakeholders and technology functions (Product Engineering, Product Servicing, Strategy & Enterprise Architecture and Business Change), fostering a collaborative environment to achieve common goals.

Candidate Overview

We're looking for a results oriented individual with a strong drive for quality and continuous improvement. We'd love to speak with you if you're an experienced Product Owner, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Project Coordinator or equivalent. You will have a track record of managing multiple overlapping projects and workstreams, as well as strong interpersonal skills to forge and manage relationships and build a wide network across the firm. A good understanding of legal technology and how it can be applied to our clients, the firm and our work is also vital. In addition to this, the successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • Experience and understanding of business analysis and/or project management; preferably within the Legal Sector.
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies preferred but not required.
  • Experience producing Product artefacts including user stories, user journeys, high-level wire frames etc is desirable but not essential.
  • Awareness of the current challenges facing the legal market and how legal technology is being applied to address such challenges.
