Working in our Litigation, Arbitration, Insurance & Reinsurance team in an administrative role providing you with an understanding of the variety of tasks that are undertaken to support your colleagues in the secretarial team and fee earners and partners in the wider practice group. We are looking for an individual who is looking to grow their knowledge and confidence to gain an understanding of the numerous administrative tasks that are carried out in the team, as time moves on feeling confident in their ability to develop and who will be mentored and supported by colleagues. This role is 5 days a week in the office as all tasks undertaking in this role are purely office based.


About the RoleWe are looking for an Administrator to provide support to a Legal PA and Team Secretary in our Bristol office. Reporting into the Secretarial Services Manager, responsibilities will include:


* Scanning documents and filing them electronically, and in hard copy
* Printing and photocopying documents as and when required
* Distribution of hard and electronic copy post
* A wide variety of general miscellaneous administrative tasks to include, but not limited to, matter closing, file storage, creation of hard copy folders/files and maintenance of team library
* Providing ad hoc support as required
