We are recruiting 2 x Paralegals to work within our Legal Delivery Centre working the 12:00 - 20:00 shift.
The Legal Delivery Centre is based in Leeds, but supports our global offices - consequently our Paralegals gain exposure to a broad range of premium quality legal work and have the opportunity to interact with colleagues on a global basis.
Work undertaken relates to all practice groups, with Paralegals working in specialist teams depending on work demands and personal preferences.
You would be joining an exciting team of over 50 staff involved in interesting, challenging premium quality work on a global basis. The team is very much forward thinking and at the front edge of the firms drive to use innovative delivery techniques and the latest software to provide clients with new solutions and servicing options. Extensive training is available and those that join will quickly develop both their legal and commercial abilities.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will work as part of a team, carrying out work in accordance with pre-agreed processes and requirements
- Precise responsibilities will depend on the assigned team and by way of example may involve work connected to one or more of the following:
- Disclosure reviews
- Contract drafting and negotiation
- Corporate deal support
- Repeat Real Estate activity
All Paralegals are encouraged to actively contribute to development of the Centre and the services it provides.
- Law Degree or Graduate Diploma in Law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to grasp tasks quickly
- Ability to think differently and be able to recommend and implement process changes for more efficient working
- Flexibility to adapt to different activities
