CORPORATE FINANCE LAWYER – LONDON
We are currently looking to recruit a corporate lawyer to join the London Corporate Finance practice, ideally a candidate with 2-5 years PQE experience in equity capital markets deals and (ideally) public M&A.
The Corporate Finance ("CF") practice is a significant part of the firm’s international Corporate practice and has been identified by the Firm as a key area for investment as it continues to enhance its reputation in the City of London. The Corporate practice comprises some 140 lawyers including more than 45 partners.
At Pinsent Masons, CF work is broadly interpreted as doing corporate work for listed companies and investment banks and other intermediaries active in the public markets. Examples would include advising on IPOs, secondary fundraisings, takeovers and providing day-to-day advice to the boards of our listed clients on the application of regulatory regime, including, for example, the listing rules, the AIM Rules, the market abuse regime and corporate governance.

The Candidate Required
The successful candidate will ideally have gained experience in a City firm or a large regional practice. Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. They will be a team player with a strong client focussed approach. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.
