We are looking for a Senior L&D Administrator! The Senior L&D Administrator is primarily responsible for the professional and effective administration of the processes & reporting which underpin the operation of the CMS L&D function.

About the RoleCore responsibilities:
 Preparing and issuing the monthly all staff and local L&D mailers - 'Whats on/Focus on'
 Maintaining the CMS Intranet L&D pages to ensure they remain fully up to date and accurate.
 Maintaining & managing the course booking form for L&D courses
 Managing the post-course feedback collection process; issuing requests, collating responses and preparing reports.
 Recording all L&D course attendance on the HR System.
 Collating, preparing and issuing the monthly course attendance, trainer feedback and coaching reports.
 Supporting the effective operation of the MODUS Leadership 360 programme.
 Managing the Induction attendance tracker
 Providing ad-hoc reporting and dashboards as required.
 Supporting the L&D managers and Head of L&D with maintaining the L&D Budget Spreadsheet as required
 Supporting the wider L&D function as required


About YouWe are looking for an experienced L&D administration professional with proven experience of working in a busy L&D function, ideally in Professional Services. This role will suit a highly organised individual who is comfortable working with a range of different systems, processes and managing their own workload. If you're always looking to do things more efficiently and effectively you will like this role. You need to have great communication skills with a clear and confident writing style as you'll often be drafting and issuing firmwide emails. A confident, calm and credible manner with an excellent ability to quickly develop credibility will also help to ensure you are successful.

Skills & Experience required:

 Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate at all levels
 Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are essential
 Excellent organisational skills & the ability to juggle competing deadlines
 Highly numerate with good problem-solving skills
 High level of integrity and ability to recognise and correct mistakes and maintain continuous improvements
 Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
 Discretion, with an understanding of the need for confidentiality at all times. Good understanding of GDPR and Data Protection.
 Strong understanding of HR / L&D activities
 Very strong proven skills across all MS products including Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, Powerpoint and Microsoft Forms.
 Good design skills for drafting and formatting the banners/mailers.
 Proven ability to quickly adapt to new technology
 Experience of working with an LMS is desirable
