We currently have exciting opportunities for Paralegals to join our real estate team in our Plymouth office.

What will you be doing?

You'll be working with an experienced team of real estate solicitors acting for a wide range of clients across a variety of sectors. You will be dealing with a multitude of real estate matters including sales and acquisitions, development projects and landlord and tenant transactions. In this busy team you'll be responsible for managing your own case load of real estate transactions and you'll support the team by drafting and negotiating legal documentation.

So what are we looking for?

Ideally you'll have already completed your legal education including your Legal Practice Course. Previous experience within real estate would be helpful, but by no means essential. What's more important is that you're highly organised, efficient and able to prioritise effectively as we often work to tight and urgent deadlines. In this client facing role, you'll also need to be able to build and maintain strong relationships.
