CMS are looking for an experienced project support professional, joining the firm on an exciting HR transformation project. This is a 12 month fixed term contract to be based in one of our regional offices including Edinburgh, Bristol, Sheffield or Glasgow.

About the Programme

CMS is at the start of the implementation of a new cloud based HR HCM technology and we are currently recruiting to support what will be an essential and exciting project to transition the Firm to our Future Facing proposition. About the RoleReporting to the HR Programme Lead you will be responsible for the day to day management of project items, these include but are not limited to:
  • Managing updates to the Project plan ahead of weekly governance meetings.
  • Managing the flow of invoices from third parties and ensuring the tie back to project deliverables.
  • Support Workstream Leads to ensure the provision of timely notifications of Risks, Issues and Mitigating actions to the programme and ensure RAID log is up to date.
  • Update and maintain project team distribution lists.
About YouTo succeed in this role you'll have;

    Proven experience of providing project support, experience of supporting a system implementation is desirable.Formal project management qualification desirable. Excellent stakeholder management skills with strong facilitation capabilities.A demonstrable ability to build relationships, resolve problems and remove barriers. Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
