We're looking for an HR Administration Team Leader to join us in Edinburgh or Bristol for a 12m Fixed Term Contract.

About the Role
To excel in this role you'll support the effective and efficient delivery of the HR Operations service. You will seek out opportunities to continuously improve the service and exceed customer expectations. You'll also manage the HR Administration team and ensure project related activity is supported from start to conclusion. You'll work closely with the HR Assistant and Payroll teams to ensure a seamless overall service


About You
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead our HR Administration Team, developing the team members and the effectiveness of the service. This role will suit an HR professional who has strong experience of supporting employees through every stage of the employment and benefits lifecycle. Previous Team Leader experience is valuable but not essential. The individual does need to be able to demonstrate an appreciation of managing service delivery through a team, and how to monitor and manage cross-team interaction and performance. A confident, calm and credible manner with an excellent ability to quickly develop credibility will ensure your success in this role.

Skills & Experience required
 Working effectively in a senior employee Life-cycle operations role.
 Very good understanding of employee benefits and their daily operational requirements.
 Identification, implementation and communication of process improvement and policy maintenance.
 High level of awareness of data maintenance, checking and security requirements
 Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
 Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time-management skills
 Demonstrates ability to build relationships, resolve problems and remove barriers
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate at all levels
 Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are essential
