We are looking for an Experienced Legal Account Cashier to assist with the day to day functioning of the office cashiers team. An individual who likes to be challenged, kept busy and thrives on no two days being the same.

About the RoleOur Legal Account Cashiers service covers all of our UK offices and some international offices. It is a challenging and busy department

Main responsibilities include:
- Checking and using Electronic Banking Systems
- Working on a central mailbox for requests and queries
- Bank Reconciliations
- Taking credit card payments over the phone
- Dealing with Client funds in accordance with the SRA Rules
- Processing of transfers between Client Accounts and Office Accounts
- Adhoc Duties


About YouWe are looking for a candidate who demonstrates persistence and commitment to completing tasks and objectives while checking that the information os accurate and complete. You will be working in a team environment, continuously communicating with other team members on daily ongoing transactions. You will know when to seek guidance or further input from others before taking actionAn ideal candidate will have:
- Good knowledge of legal accounting system (preferably Elite) and strong IT skills
- Good knowledge of Internet banking
- Good numerical and communication Skills
- Ability to deal with high volume of transaction
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Ability to deliver work output to the required standard
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexiblity in working approach
- Good adaptablity to changes in the working environment
