About the Role

Responsibilities will include:

Employee engagement

* To work with our external Engagement partner to co-design and implement our CMS engagement survey in Year 1 of a 3-year partnership. In years 2 and 3 to become the CMS lead on our Engagement and Pulse survey process from design, delivery, and analysis through to action planning.
* To work with the HR Business Partnering team on the analysis of survey results giving advice and guidance on the design and delivery of activities that address issued raised.

Talent Management

* To drive an integrated approach to Talent Management for CMS at all levels.
* Working with HR colleagues on the design, delivery and evaluation of the value/effectiveness of different talent interventions
* Provide support to the HR BP lead on Workforce Planning to ensure a systematic link between Talent and Workforce Planning

Projects

* To provide OD advice and guidance on the roll out of specific OD workstreams for the new HRIS implementation
* To contribute to the development of a defined Leadership approach for CMS
* To provide advice on the management of change and organisational development more generally
* To work with HR Business Partners giving OD advice and guidance to projects in their Practice Groups/Business Services functions


About You Experience

* Experience of effective Organisational Development consultancy/partnering (either internal or external)
* Experience of large-scale functional/organisational wide change
* Experience of devising employee engagement strategies and surveys
* Experience of Talent Management strategies and interventions
* Experience of implementing new initiatives and rolling out new ways of working

Knowledge

* Evidence of strong knowledge and understanding of organisational development approaches, interventions and implementing best fit solutions

Skills

* High level partnership and stakeholder management skills gained through working collaboratively with a variety of senior leaders
* Strong operational delivery skills
* Demonstrable ability to understand, analyse and distil complex information to communicate key facts accurately, succinctly, and persuasively
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while working with ambiguity
