Are you an experienced Trainer who:

- wants more than a 9-5 classroom training role
- takes a keen interest in new technologies
- is able to deal with complexity and
- has a "can do", positive attitude

If so, we are recruiting for 2 trainers based in London and Scotland so if you would like to be part of our global Applications Training Team ?


About the Role * Deliver regular (weekly)classroom or remote Induction Training for new starters
* Deliver Applications Training and Support using a variety of delivery methods primarily: Remote "classroom "and 1-1 sessions, 1 to 1 at desk sessions, Short show and tell type sessions. - either on site or remotely

* Deliver firm wide project training as required including at short notice in
* Global remote delivery of training
* Working on design and delivery for training programmes
* Developing key relationships with individuals in practice groups, Business Services key contacts and Super Users in the UK and globally
Ensure best practice guidance is applied consistently across all sites


About You* At least 4 years training experience
* Working in a professional/partnership environment will be advantageous but is not a prerequisite
* Experience with e-learning and learning management solutions desirable
* Formal training qualifications desirable TAP/COLF


Advantageous skills : knowledge of the following is highly advantageous but not a prerequisite
* Windows 10/11
* Full Office 365 suite of products
* MS Teams
* Surface Pro Devices
* Totara - LMS
* Electronic annotation software on various devices including Surface Pro's and iPads
* Filesite (iManage) - Work 10 knowledge is highly desirable
* Elite 3E including paperless proforma
* Carpe Diem Time Recording
* Microsystems DocXTools
* PDF Compare Docs
* Winscribe digital dictation including mobile

* Delivers courteous and prompt service. Always delivers what has been promised to the agreed deadline
* Develops excellent understanding of individual customer needs and concerns and feeds this back into strategic priorities
* Takes personal responsibility for resolving user concerns including personally following up with other areas of Business Services if needed
* Has the ability to be flexible and adaptable, in particular with schedule and working patterns
