Job Details

Have you ever thought about using your administration skills to build an exciting career in the legal sector?

Our clients provide us with a lot of legal work that doesn't necessarily need to be done by a qualified lawyer, and that's where you come in. Our team of over 70 Paralegals, called the Legal Solutions Centre, provide an efficient and cost effective service for large scale projects. They're on the look out for more Paralegals to join them and be a part of this incredible team.

You would start your career with us as a Paralegal with full training provided, so absolutely no previous legal experience is required! This role in itself is full of opportunities to get involved in high-quality and interesting legal cases, and working with our impressive client base, including household names. The team is also passionate about innovation so you could be working with the latest legal technology and AI.

If you're ambitious, we'll help you to develop your career in a clear direction. You'll have the opportunity to progress to an Associate Paralegal, providing support to other team members, and then there's the Managing Paralegals who run the sub-teams. Speaking of which…

So what types of work could you specialise in?

There are a range of teams, including Insurance and Commercial but here's where the opportunities are at the moment. In the Real Estate team, you'll get to work on the required documents and transactions right through to the completion of properties. There's also the Employment team, where you'll help to solve discrimination and unfair dismissal cases. If litigation work sounds more interesting to you, we have a debt recovery team who actually run their own caseloads. Finally, the Litigation Support team specialise in the strategic resolution of litigated consumer claims using document review technologies.

In all of these roles, there will also be opportunities for you to get involved with the wider projects within the Legal Solutions Centre.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for people who have experience working as administrators, co-ordinators, analysts and other similar roles. We really don't mind which sector you developed your skills in, in fact, if you've come from a non-law background you may be bringing some fresh ideas with you!

There's a great level of responsibility so you'll need to be proactive, motivated and able to manage your workload effectively. As this is a client facing role, you'll be building and maintaining strong relationships, recognising what matters most to our clients and offering them commercial solutions.

Think this role might be for you? Please submit an application or get in touch to find out more!
