They use flexible resourcing and time-saving technology to deliver a high-quality, cost-effective service for a range of large scale projects.

This dedicated Paralegal Team are now on the lookout for some more Paralegals to join their sub-teams allowing our people to become experts in their area of law.

So what does each of the roles involve?

Our Commercial Disputes team act on behalf of leading utilities, infrastructure and retail organisations providing a comprehensive recoveries and dispute resolution service.  Your role will see you working on a range of debt recovery matters producing pre-action letters, issuing, executing and completing claims through the County Court, enforcing Judgment Orders where necessary, drafting Statutory Demands, issuing Bankruptcy and Winding Up Proceedings in addition to dealing with strategic resolution of litigated consumer claims brought against our client.

Our Employment team, Corporate & Commercial team and Litigation Support team are looking for Paralegals to specialise, predominately, in disclosure tasks using the latest legal technology and AI. You'll work on range of matters including dealing with strategic resolution of litigated consumer and other claims brought against our clients. The team are also regularly engaged to conduct a first line review of documents for other purposes.

In all of these roles, there will also be opportunities for you to get involved with the wider projects within the Legal Solutions Centre.

So what are we looking for?

You may have just completed your legal studies or already be a working as a Paralegal or in a non-legal role with experience in caseload management. What's really important to us is the great skills you're going to be able to bring with you. There's a great level of responsibility so you'll need to be proactive, motivated and able to manage your workload effectively.  You'll also be highly organised, efficient and able to prioritise effectively as we often work to tight and urgent deadlines.  As this is a client facing role, you'll be expected to build and maintain strong relationships, recognising what matters most to our clients and offering them commercial solutions. Whether you've built these skills in legal or non-legal roles in a completely different sector, we'd love to hear from you.
