Great opportunities to join our Funds and Indirect Real Assets Team as a Professional Support Lawyer [on a fixed term contract]. About CMS
CMS is a Future Facing firm. With 75 offices in 43 countries and 4,800+ lawyers worldwide, we combine deep sector understanding with a global overview, giving us the ability not only to see what's coming, but to shape it.
CMS is well equipped to help our clients face the future with confidence. We are driven by technology and readily embrace the possibilities it opens up for developing new and better ways of delivering legal services. Our bold approach to a changing future ensures that we nurture our employees and recruit top talent. About the Role
We are looking for two lawyers to help develop our precedents respectively in (i) corporate real estate transactions (M&A, joint ventures) and (ii) Funds (primarily real estate and private equity). We anticipate hiring one candidate for each project, however, we would be open to a single candidate whose experience spanned both areas. We anticipate that the candidate will have a background either as an established practice support lawyer or as a practitioner with relevant experience at Senior Associate/Partner level. Candidates should have strong "black letter law" technical and drafting skills and be capable of bringing their own opinions and ideas to the table.
We are open to which of our offices you work from. About You
The right individual will be well organised, proactive, self-motivated and highly collaborative. They will be used to successfully delivering projects and be able to identify efficient processes.
* Knowledge of corporate real estate transactions or Funds
* Top 20 firm experience
* Output focussed
* Collaborative Equal Opportunities
