CMS's international focus means that you will have the opportunity for cross border work and international transactions across key industry sectors as well as exposure to clients early on in your career.You will be responsible for a variety of work in a broad based role including;- M&A, early-stage fundraisings, joint venture work as well as VC and PE transactions
- Providing efficient professional support to partners and senior associates
- Supporting the wider team in developing business and raising the profile of the team and firm
- Involvement in marketing and related events
- Managing and supervising the work of interns and trainees
- There will be a diverse range of transactional work, with key areas of focus being on our market leading TMT transactional work along with early stage, VC/PE and energy transactions About You
You will have excellent research capabilities, drafting skills and the ability to translate legal theory into practical advice. To meet the needs of the role, you will need to have sound judgement, competency and good interpersonal skills. A solid international / common law experience is required with an appropriate level of post qualification experience (we anticipate a minimum of NQ to 3 PQE SG). Equal Opportunities
