Department/Role overview:
We currently have a great opportunity for a HRIS Analyst to join our Glasgow office on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be an integral part of a global HRIS team supporting our HR software platform and various implementation projects.
The HR Systems Analyst will be responsible for maintenance and development of the HRIS Systems, including but not limited to; supporting day-to-day operational activities, providing first line technical support and training to the HR team in their use of Oracle Fusion, configuration of new functionality and assisting with various HRIS projects.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users and HR teams.
- Provide system training for all new users.
- Assist with configuration of new modules and implementing system improvements.
- Maintain system functionality by troubleshooting, analysing technical problems and deficiencies.
- Manage relationships with external vendors.
- Participate in HRIS projects.
- Reporting production and analysis.
- Build trusted relationships across the business.
Essential skills and experience:
- Several years HRIS experience (preferably with Oracle or similar HCM).
- Advanced Excel Skills (including pivot tables and vlookups).
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and analysis.
- Configuration skills.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with a wide variety of audiences.
- Broad knowledge of core HR processes.
Desired skills and experience:
- Experience with Oracle HCM.
- Experience with Qualtrics.
- Experience of creating reports using OBTI / BI Publisher.
- SQL Skills.
