Unique opportunity in our financial markets regulation team.

Joining our group you will be involved in the structuring and execution of transactions with investment funds and funds of funds for public and private assets, offering innovative solutions. You will also deal with organisational and procedural requirements for asset management companies, banks and brokers with regard to AML and organizational models in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, FATCA and the implementation of AIFMD.

That's because trusting, collaborative relationships with our clients and each other are at the heart of our success.The ideal candidate will have 6 months experience in the regulatory department of a multi-practice law firm or of a big4 or in a specialized boutique, excellent academic marks and excellent level of English.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting clients on the regulation of the financial markets, from asset management companies, banks, financial intermediaries, investment firms, insurance companies and banking foundations, with regard to rules and regulations applicable to the relevant subjects, typical activities, products and customer relations
  • Structuring and execution of transactions with investment funds and funds of funds for public and private assets, offering innovative solutions
  • Assisting with respect to organizational and procedural requirements for asset management companies, banks and brokers with regard to AML and organizational models in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, FATCA and the implementation of AIFMD

ABOUT YOU

  • Law degree with top academic results
  • Excellent English knowledge
  • Admission to the Italian bar
  • Solid experience in the regulatory department of a multi-practice law firm or of a big4 or a regulatory law boutique
  • Commitment and self-motivation
  • Motivated and team player
  • We do not set up upper or lower limits of PQE for our vacancies. However, we think that candidates having between 1 and 5 PQE in financial services regulations sector are likely to have the right level of expertise to undertake the role
