We're now on the lookout for a Lawyer to join our team in Leeds, supporting our the Real Estate practice's Residential team. 

Our Residential team is one of the largest of its kind.  We support our clients in a range of matter acting for large scale residential investment companies, retirement solutions providers and PRS investors in respect of all types of residential property transactions. Our expertise in this sector, coupled with our approach to client service means that we are rated as the premier team by both clients and the legal directories.

You'll be primarily responsible for supporting our Retirement Solutions and Residential Investment sub team on residential real estate transactions.  You'll demonstrate a sound commercial understanding and awareness, attend client meetings to promote our excellent client relationships and apply a commercial appreciation of billing and time recording. As this is a Lawyer  you'll support Associates and Partner's in the team by assisting with the supervision of other paralegals work.  

What are we looking for?

You'll either be a qualified lawyer who has had exposure to quality residential real estate work (ideally with exposure to retirement solutions and residential investment matters) during your early career or an experienced with this residential experience welcoming the challenge of a move into this specialist area.

Just as important we need to see your enthusiasm for this area of law and your understanding of the service we offer.  You'll be joining a growing, busy team where you'll play an integral part in the delivery of services to some of the UK's leading residential client's.  The work is fast paced and challenging but the team are collaborative and enjoy what they do, which makes for a positive working environment.
