About the RoleThe Website Manager has day-to-day responsibility for managing the firm's country websites with a particular focus on optimising the lay-out and set-up of online marketing content for impact and reach.

Crucial to this role are a keen eye for detail, a drive to transform every piece of content into an effective marketing/BD asset and an eagerness to learn from data.

As an advisor to the firm's fee-earner teams, the Website Manager needs to have a deep understanding of what makes good content, how to display content in a visually engaging way and the technical intricacies that come with managing a large multi-purpose website.

In addition to working with BD and fee-earners on making the most of the firm's website content, the Website Manager coordinates technical requirements and new functionalities to ensure the platform meets industry best practice and supports the firm's wider digital marketing strategy.

* At least four years' experience of working within a professional services environment;
* Deep understanding of content optimisation, incl. SEO, lay-outs, click-through optimisation, etc.
* Solid technical knowledge and experience of different website platforms;
* Proven stakeholder management experience (strong influencing and communication skills);
* Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once;
* Pragmatic and creative problem solving mindset (to find creative ways to deliver different types of website content on website platforms);
* Ability to explain technical issues to in easy-to-understand terms;
* Strong attention to detail;
* Knowledge of HTML is a plus.
