An exciting opportunity to join CMS as an Early Talent Development Assistant. This role provides vital support to our Early Talent Development team in the training and development of trainee solicitors.

About the Role
You'll be supporting the delivery of trainee induction, ongoing training and client & international secondment opportunities. You'll provide pastoral support for our trainees during their two year training programme. You'll use your interpersonal skills and attention to detail to work closely with the Early Talent Advisors to ensure the induction training meets trainee, SRA and Scottish Law requirements. You'll also have the opportunity to work on projects and design and update documents.


About You
To succeed in this role you'll ideally have knowledge of the Early Talent landscape combined with strong interpersonal skills. You'll be educated to A level standard and have developed strong IT skills. Specifically, we're looking for a good working knowledge of major Microsoft applications along with experience of using database or case management software.
