We have an opportunity for a Junior Secretary to join us to provide a high-quality & efficient secretarial service to fee-earners & trainee solicitors in a busy Litigation & Arbitration team. Tasks include;
Creation of electronic and hard copy bundles and secure linksAmending/formatting documents & data in ExcelCopy-typing & digital dictationProcessing fee-earner expenses & managing their diariesManaging workflow to the Document & Design Centre, Print Room etcProvide cross Practice-Group support where necessaryAbout You
You will be adaptable to change whilst maintaining a professional approach, demonstrating high levels of client care, organisational & time management skills.Previous legal experience isnt essential but you will be able to demonstrate a proactive & enthusiastic approach with high levels of IT literacy, superb attention to detail, well-developed administrative skills & the ability to multi-task under pressure.Equal Opportunities
