About the Role

The Talent Acquisition & Development Admin Team Leader is responsible for the management of the administration team which supports the smooth delivery of administration processes across the Talent Acquisition, Early Talent Acquisition and Early Talent Development teams.

Management of the administration team who deliver admin support to three key teams: Talent Acquisition, Early Talent Acquisition and Early Talent Development.
Responsible for the daily management of 6 administrators, including but not limited to; regular 1:1's and setting of short and long-term individual and team objectives, regular team meetings to allocate work and manage workloads/resource, performance management, sickness/holiday management.
Work closely with the wider Talent team advisors and managers to ensure that all key projects and processes are fully supported
Responsible for the management of a number of inboxes - ensuring that the administration team deal with, prioritise and escalate queries in a timely and effective manner.
Ensuring the following programmes are fully supported across the year: First Steps Programme, CMS Academy, Prime/Work Experience, Trainee and Apprenticeship inductions
Ensuring the efficient and accurate administration of all aspects of talent and early acquisition; monitoring applications, tracking candidates through the process, offer letters and new joiner packs, induction process, trainee seat rotations, secondments and qualification process.
Responsible for ensuring that all new joiner and trainee data is accurately maintained within the HR Systems and across multiple tracker spreadsheets.
Responsible for the processing of background checks and occupational health checks for all new joiners.


About You

Ideally, you will have;

Experience of working as a team leader, with prior experience of managing a busy team of administrators, ideally within a professional services environment - a background of working in HR may also be an advantage.
A confident, calm and credible manner, working with a range of stakeholders both internally and externally, with excellent written and verbal skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels.
Knowledge of the basics of good employment practice and HR legislation particularly in relation to right to work/immigration.
Strong communication and an adaptable and flexible approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
A methodical and organised approach with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
An energetic and resilient personality, with a proactive 'can do' attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop.
Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (comfortable with excel - vlookups, pivot tables).
