A truly flexible opportunity - full-time/part-time/homeworking

This is an excellent opportunity to join our esteemed Projects & Procurement team, which is headed up by Kevin Robertson.   The team advise a broad range of clients across a number of sectors including central and local government bodies, universities, further education colleges, academy trusts and Diocesan bodies.

Specifically, we are looking for a Real Estate lawyer who will support the property elements of these public sector projects as well as managing standalone public sector real estate transactions.

We're interested in seeing applications from Lawyers (including Legal Executives) with experience in this type of work, gained within a similar private sector projects or real estate team environment or from an in-house role with a public sector body.

This role can be carried out on a flexible basis.  This could be part or full-time and from home as necessary.  However, whilst the team operates from our Newcastle, Leeds, Bristol and London offices this role is primarily one for somebody who would see either our Newcastle or Leeds offices as their "home base", so the ability to work from one of these locations when necessary would be required for collaborative team work.
