We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our rapidly growing Real Estate Group working in the Finance & Investment team to be based in our Newcastle office.

What will you be doing?

You'll be working in a team who specialise in Real Estate finance & investment work. The team act for a range of regional and national lenders and borrowers on real estate finance transactions often involving the financing of commercial and residential investment portfolios and development properties. In this busy team you'll be responsible for managing your own caseload, primarily handling sales and leases. You'll also support the team with the wider cases helping with transactions and document production.

So what are we looking for?

Ideally you will have some commercial property experience and have a keen interest in this work. What type of practice you gained that experience in is not important, what is key is that you, have excellent communication skills and the desire to offer outstanding client service. You'll also be able to prioritise your work in order to meet key deadlines, have strong IT skills and have experience of using case management systems.

You may have already completed your Law degree or LPC, or perhaps you're working towards a CILEx qualification, you may already have gained previous experience as a paralegal within the real estate sector; whatever your situation, if you're looking to build your career in this specialism, we absolutely want to hear from you.
