About the RoleYou will work closely with one of the firm's key clients and a major global technology company. You will act on fraud investigations across Europe, supporting in pursuing criminal and civil actions in a variety of territories. The role is a key part of the client's strategy, supporting the combatting of fraud and cybercrime.

A significant amount of the work will involve managing criminal referrals and claims outside of the UK, including in Europe and India.

The role will involve high levels of client contact, as well as the management and progression your own varied caseload.

About YouWe are looking for a commercial and ambitious associate, who is confident engaging with clients and has had exposure to civil or criminal fraud work. That associate must also be able to show either experience or aptitude in managing and driving forwards their own caseload. Useful, but not essential, will be knowledge of cybercrime issues, any exposure to large programmatic projects and experience of instructing investigators and overseas counsel.
