About the RoleResponsible for supporting the delivery of the Finance Projects and Processes.


The role requires effective management and oversight of the team's diaries, responsibilities and tasks as well as providing support with:
* Project plan production, updating and communication
* Document and Intranet content production and collation
* Organising meetings and training sessions as required.
* Liaison between project teams and stakeholders


Primary duties will include:
* Monitoring Project Team email inboxes
* Organising internal and external events/meetings
* Booking attendance at domestic and international conferences/seminars, organising trip itineraries.


Managing multiple work stream activities, to include:
* Attending, minuting, and recording meetings, producing documentation etc.
* Assisting in the production and maintenance of Finance manuals and Intranet site content.
* Reporting the progress of projects, work streams and programmes of work
* Arranging the production of reference guides, communications, documentation, and reports.
* Helping in the production of process documentation.
* Overseeing small projects.


About YouWe are looking for someone who demonstrates the following skills and experience:
* Previous experience of working within a busy corporate environment is essential, preferably in the legal or financial sector or undertaking board level administrative duties
* Sufficient seniority and credibility to advise project teams on their progress in relation to their programme of work.
* Knowledge of Visio and/or MS Project preferable
* Fully conversant in the Microsoft Office suite
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Able to work as a team member supporting the team as appropriate.
* Demonstrate high levels of confidentiality and discretion as appropriate.
* Analytical skills to resolve queries.
