Job Details

Home/office based - would need to be able to work from our Bristol office as and when necessary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Marketing & Communications team as a Digital Marketing Executive. The role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis.

What will you be doing?

This is a new role in an established marketing and communications team, with opportunity to develop. It's a hands on role, with creative and project outputs. You will become a brand champion and advocate; ensuring the firm's visual identity and key messages are amplified and consistently represented to the highest standards. You'll help enhance brand awareness, convert opportunities and measure the success of our online marketing activities.

Working closely with our Digital Media Manager and In-house Designer, your role will be diverse and therefore you will be able to multi-task at a fast, but regulated pace.

You'll play a key role in managing our social media channels, regularly posting to our target audiences and scheduling content via our social media management system. Your role will be vital to the upkeep of the firm's website, along with assisting on the production and distribution of e-communications and creating digital assets from images, GIFs and videos. Understanding analytics is vital, and you will be asked to regularly monitoring and reporting on the success of our digital channels.

You'll be the first port of call for design queries relating to our brand templates, and will maintain image libraries and documents on our Brand Hub. You'll also play an important role in managing workflow with our agencies and being the point of contact between them and internal clients.

Alongside the above, you'll manage the day-to-day administration of both functions; scheduling jobs, fielding internal enquiries and liaising with our external agencies. You'll be working with stakeholders from across the firm, both lawyers and business support professionals.

What are we looking for?

In order to be considered for this role you'll need to be digitally minded and brand aware with proven experience in a similar marketing role, working on multiple projects and campaigns. You'll have excellent organisation and project support skills, and be capable of building and upholding good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

It goes without saying that you'll have attention to detail and an eye for quality. You'll need experience of using social media as part of marketing activities and know how to use analytical tools. You will also need a good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Drupal, WordPress as well as e-marketing platforms (preferably Vuture). You'll have used an asset management system before (such as Papirfly) and be able to create and edit videos and simple animations. You'll also be proficient and confident user of PowerPoint to create engaging presentations and you must really know your way around Word and Excel.

It would be great, but not essential, if you have an understanding of HTML and CCS, along with having active knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce/OnePlace).

As well as the above, we're looking for someone who has an enthusiastic, positive, proactive and commercial approach, who is flexible, creative and will bring initiative to the role as well as being a great team player.
