About the Role
We are looking for a high quality non-contentious junior lawyer (preferable NQ to PQE 2 years) to add to our team of associates based in London.
You would be exposed to all aspects of financial restructuring, operational restructuring and special situations, including financial restructuring (acting for debtors and creditors), formal insolvency and schemes of arrangement and distressed investing (including loan sales and acquisitions as well as business acquisitions and work-outs). We have a strong domestic practice as well an increasing number of cross-border mandates. We also provide specialist advisory assistance with structured transactions across the practice groups, from projects to pensions and financial institutions.
You would be based in London as one of the teams within the firm's Finance Practice, with the benefit of the reach that comes with being part of a firm that is the 5th largest law firm in the world with 75 offices in 43 countries around the globe.
You could expect first-class training as well as excellent "on the job" experience within a collegiate and flexible working environment. You could also expect to be given partner support to build your own client network.

About You
We are looking for a team-player with strong analytical skills and bags of enthusiasm who:
- trained at a respected City firm;
-has had experience of our practice area as a trainee and if not an NQ will have had some post-qualification experience either in a restructuring/insolvency team or a finance/banking team
