About the Role

Our highly regarded banking litigation team has an opening for an experienced Banking Litigation Paralegal. This is a great opportunity to work for key clients including Lloyds Banking Group and the Royal Bank of Scotland plc. You will assist with and in time manage a mix of small claims and fast track litigation in relation to commercial recoveries and payment protection insurance including drafting pleadings and evidence together with billing and reporting to clients in relation to those matters.

About You

You will have a keen eye for detail with the ability to use your initiative and must be used to dealing with a large workload therefore using your strong organisational skills.
You will also be working with a team of colleagues as well as dealing on a daily basis with both clients and opponents and must, therefore, have an ability to liaise with people on different levels.
You should have a strong academic background and experience within a Private Practice Litigation team is essential.
Experience of drafting pleadings and evidence would be an advantage.
This role will suit a keen team player who is willing to use their own initiative.
