The legal analyst role combines elements from tasks historically undertaken by junior lawyers, trainees and paralegals brought into a high-performing and flexible team gaining exposure to a wide variety of work from across our global offices, and with a new type of legal career path. You will join a team of high calibre law graduates (BA/LLB qualified) and receive rigorous, bespoke training and close supervision by the Ashurst Advance Leadership team and Ashurst qualified lawyers from across the globe.
In addition to developing a highly varied skill-set, the legal analyst role also presents you with an opportunity to enter onto the Ashurst Advance Pathway Programme. The pathway programme is available to all legal analysts who progress into the senior legal analyst role and consists of a six month secondment opportunity either within Ashurst Advance, or in another area of Ashurst, including legal divisions and business services.

Once you have submitted your online application you will receive an invitation from us to complete 2 psychometric assessments. You will be given 7 days to complete the assessments, unfortunately we are unable to provide any extension to this timeline unless there are extenuating circumstances. If you do not complete the tests within the timeframe we will be unable to proceed with your application. Interviews and assessments are expected to take place between 31 May and 11 June.

Please note due to the volume of graduate hires we expect to induct successful candidate over 2 cohorts. The inductions are expected to take place in July 2021 and September 2021. Start dates will be discussed with successful candidates at offer stage.
