We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our rapidly growing Real Estate Group working in the Developers and Investors team to be based in our Leeds office.

What will you be doing?

You'll be working in a team who specialise in Real Estate development and investment work. The team act for clients on development and transactional work including land assembly, infrastructure and development, sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, forward sales and lettings. They act for public bodies, corporate occupiers and investors. Well known clients include Town Centre Securities PLC, Commercial Estates Group, Wykeland, Barratt Homes and numerous global retailers and hoteliers. You'll have direct client access in a growing practice area whilst assisting other lawyers in the team on property transactions, handling sales, purchases and leases.

So what are we looking for?

In order to provide excellent service to clients, we need excellent people. It's important that we offer our clients the best possible client experience and we believe that comes from allowing them to build strong and meaningful relationships with their legal team. The Real Estate team is extremely busy so we're looking for someone who is able to learn fast. You'll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well as a sense of commercial pragmatism.

You may have already completed your Law degree or LPC, or perhaps you're working towards a CILEx qualification, you may already have gained previous experience as a paralegal within the real estate sector; whatever your situation, if you're looking to build your career in this specialism, we absolutely want to hear from you.
